Hi there!
I'm Jonas, a 3D Animator from Germany.
I'm passionate about creating animations that inspire and leave a lasting impression on players. My ambition is to become a Senior Animator within games, however, I'm open to exploring other opportunities in Animation.
I animated this during my third term at Kyosil.
It started out with 2 Characters fighting each other but I realized it wasnt a realistic goal for the time I had. I decided to turn it into a 3-Hit-Combo and I think it turned out well in the end.
I animated this during my second term at Kyosil.
I wanted to animate something where I had to show the personality of a character, since I didn't have an animation of that kind. After figuring out the arcs of the head and hands it went pretty well!
I did this walkcycle after my first term at Kyosil.
I wanted to try something new since I have never done a cycle for a quadruped before. It was a bit confusing at first but after figuring out the rythm of the feet it actually went quite well.
I definitely want to do more creature animations in the future!
I did this runcycle during my first term at Kyosil with Markus Hammarstedt.
It was an awesome learning experience and Markus taught me alot about his workflow and approach to these kind of animations.
I started this animation inbetween courses and it was just planned as a test to see how I would do animating a dance.
While working on it I had so much fun that I spend more time on it than planned because I wanted to finish it. I think it currently is my favorite animation I have done and the most fun I had while animating!
